MAC 30 - MAC 60

Extruders equipped with double basin suitable for continuous production of fresh pasta of the short, long and sheet kind, which can be obtained with any types of flour. These machines are particularly suitable for pasta shops and large communities.
Entirely built in stainless steel they are to the international, hygienical and safety rules.

 
 

MAC 30 VR - MAC 60 VR

Equipped with speed variator enabling variable output, particularly suitable for direct coupling with machines for ravioli, tortellini and cappelletti production.

 
 

VACUUM VERSION

Special version with vacuum extrusion device enabling to obtain more homogeneous dough and final product which is more colourful and air bubble-free.

 
 

Models equipped with the following:

  • Automatic pasta cutter
  • Fan for pre-drying of pasta
  • Dismountable shafts of mixers
 
 

Optionals

  • Vertical extrusion head
  • Impulse-pasta cutting device for long pasta and special shapes
