The continuous, automatic lines for short pasta production featuring output of 300-500-750 Kgs per hour as engineered and manufactured by Italpast feature high technology, reliability and easy change of the pasta shapes.
By continuous, automatic extruders after the extrusion phase the product passes through a pre-dryer: thanks to the 5 vibrating tiers the product is continuously overturned so that the initial pre-drying phase is made more effective.
Then the pre-drying phase continues in the first tier of the continuous dryer, after which the actual drying can begin: to optimize the process various temperatures can be set.
Duration of the drying cycle depends on the pasta shapes as well as on the temperatures used: the customer can set them at choice and store them in various recipes.
The last tier in the dryer enables to end the drying phase and stabilize the product at a residual humidity percentage of 12,5%. |
